Pre-Sales Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities:
Pre-sales consulting, customer engagement and solution presentation.
Provide end-to-end business proposal, feasibility study and costing.
Identify new solution or recommendation. Including proposals write-up and project proposal (product, risk, solution, SLA, resource, timeline, customer support, etc.).
Partnership and technical collaboration with partners.
Provide advisory on solution design and project management, whenever required.
Provide guidance to delivery team on the provided solution, to ensure customer’s expectations of the solutions are met.
Requirement:
At least tertiary level qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering field or related; hold a professional qualification from a recognised body. Or, extensive relevant experience may be considered.
Good understanding in business transformation, digitalization and business solution concept.
Proficient in verbal and written communication skills and good presentation skills in a professional manner.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Able to prioritize and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge in automation domain, analytics, AI or software development is an added advantage.
Implementing and participating in delivery to our customers.
Governance and control procedures. Including crafting and maintaining automation framework.
Develop solutions with best practices.
Dev ops mind set from architectural design to orchestrating every technical stack in the system design.
Support sales & pre-sales team for engineering services based on or customer requirements.
Maintain and creation full set of automation solutions, including software documentation.
Train and support our customers.
Requirement:

Hands on experience in any of the following RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, OpenSpan, WorkFusion etc.).

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Able to prioritize and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge in automation domain, analytics, AI or software development is an added advantage. C#, C++, Scala, Kotlin, Ruby, PHP, etc.
Experienced in Agile software development is an added advantage.
Responsible for selling Yantrik’s full suite of products, consulting and services.
Manage channel partner and lead generation to discover untapped sales potential.
Nurture strong business relationship with customer to increase company growth.
Ensure high client retention; find creative solutions and innovative techniques to continue and increase sales target.
Proactively monitor and adjust your approach / plan. Timely response to customer’s enquiries.
Present realistic forecast to the management team.
Gather and maintain the sales & marketing database.
Assist in pre-sales consulting, customer engagement and solution presentation.
Partnership and sales collaboration with partners.
Continuous engagement with customers to understand their business needs to grow sales target, leads or opportunities.
Serves as an escalation point for resolving sales, project and support issues.

Possess strong sales coaching skills, flexibility and passion to grow business opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. Able to prioritize and managing multiple responsibilities.
Able to work under pressure and achieve sales target.
